Concepción Branch Campus
Located in the heart of Concepción, the capital of the Biobío Region in southern Chile, the founding campus of Universidad San Sebastián has a proud 35-year history, training over 22,600 professionals across various fields. In a city celebrated for its vibrant university culture, USS has established itself as one of the leading institutions of higher education and is the second most popular choice among students in the region.
In 2023, the historic Las Tres Pascualas Campus, situated next to the lagoon of the same name, was complemented by the new Paicaví Campus, located in a strategic area of Greater Concepción. Together, these campuses serve more than 14,000 undergraduate students across 31 programs, as well as 2,000 postgraduate and advanced degree students.
Concepción, the regional capital and the second-largest city in the country, offers a wide range of services within a beautiful natural setting, highlighted by the Biobío River and six urban lagoons.
Las Tres Pascualas Campus
Established in 1989, Las Tres Pascualas Campus is the birthplace of Universidad San Sebastián. Over the past 30 years, it has become a leading institution in higher education in the Biobío region and the largest among private universities.
Situated in Concepción, the third-most populated city in Chile after Santiago and Valparaíso, and a major industrial hub, Las Tres Pascualas Campus offers a dynamic university experience. It is home to more than 12,400 undergraduate students and houses Schools of Architecture, Art and Design, Law and Government, Education Sciences, Health Sciences, Health Care Sciences, Economics and Business Administration, Medicine and Science, Veterinary Medicine, Engineering and Technology, Dentistry, and Psychology.
The campus features modern facilities focused on “learning by doing,” including state-of-the-art auditoriums, laboratories, a Clinical Simulation center, a Veterinary Clinic Hospital, a modern Wildlife Rehabilitation Center (CEREFAS), and abundant green spaces—all in a beautiful natural setting by Las Tres Pascualas lagoon.
Student life at Las Tres Pascualas is enriched by numerous cultural, sports, and social activities. The campus boasts an orchestra, choir, theater and dance groups, as well as a wide variety of allowing students to explore their identities and develop their talents.

Paicaví Campus
The newly developed Paicaví Campus, covering over 14,000 square meters, marks a significant expansion for Universidad San Sebastián. It features numerous spaces designed for classes and workshops, including five common classrooms, two laboratories, a Digital Animation workshop, and four Architecture workshops. The campus also provides green areas and recreational spaces for students. It is scheduled to be completed in 2027.
